Yusha Davidson is a South African qualified attorney, having practiced as an anti-trust attorney at one of South Africa’s largest law firms.

He holds a Bachelor of Commerce specialising in Economics and Law, a Bachelor of Laws and a Master of Laws from the University of Cape Town.

His immense passion for technology and law sparked a career change where his focus shifted to the intersection between law, technology and innovation.

Yusha is the co-founder of two venture capital backed legal companies based in South Africa, BriefCo and the South African Legal Technology (SALT) Network.

BriefCo is a legaltech company automating the legal cost recovery process. BriefCo works with some of the largest law firms in South Africa, as well as global law firms who have operations in South Africa.

The SALT Network is the largest network in South Africa connecting attorneys, in-house counsel, advocates, judges, magistrates, students, investors and tech founders who are interested in the intersection between law, technology and innovation.

Yusha serves as one of the South African members of the Global LegalTech Consortium. He has a strong reputation in the South African legaltech and broader African legaltech startup ecosystem for facilitating much-needed support.
