Toby Parker is a diplomat working for the UK’s Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office. Over the past twelve years working in government he has been posted to New York, Tanzania and Rome with a particular interest in the intersection of diplomacy, development and geopolitics. He was previously Private Secretary to the Prime Minister and Private Secretary to the Foreign Secretary. Toby holds a Masters in Public Policy from the Blavatnik School of Government, Oxford, and a Bachelors in Economics and Politics from the University of Manchester.
