Siya Hayi-Charters is a manager in The Bridgespan Group’s Johannesburg office. She has advised philanthropists, foundations and non-profits on strategic planning, growth strategies and organisational effectiveness. Her work has spanned the domains of education, healthcare, food security, democracy and human rights. Siya is passionate about mobilising capital for African NGOs and social enterprises. She is a South African qualified attorney, having started her career practising competition law at one of Africa’s largest law firms. Siya holds an MBA from INSEAD as well as a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws from the University of Cape Town.
