Sam Koralnik is an MBA candidate at Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business, where he focuses on entrepreneurship and venture capital with an emphasis on dual-use technologies serving both national security and commercial markets. Before Georgetown, Sam was a Senior Consultant in Deloitte’s Public Sector practice, supporting clients in cybersecurity and emergency management. He also served as a Community Resilience, Engagement, and Dialogue Fellow at the National Consortium for the Study of Terrorism and Responses to Terrorism (START), where his research centered on violence prevention. Sam earned his B.A. in Government and Politics from the University of Maryland and received a Department of Defense Boren Scholarship through the Indonesian Flagship Language Initiative (IFLI), spending a semester studying in East Java.
