Oksana Matiiash is the Chief Executive Officer of Teach For Ukraine, a nonprofit education organization, part of the Teach For All global network. Her area of focus is transforming Ukraine’s education system to build stronger human capital. She also serves as the Board Member at President Zelensky’s Fund on Supporting Education, Science, and Sports.
Oksana has ten years of experience in the public, private, and international development sectors. From leading the judiciary reform component of an EU-funded program in Ukraine to serving as an advisor to a Ukrainian Member of Parliament and the former Minister of Foreign Affairs, she has always been passionate about making a positive social change in Ukraine.
Oksana was featured in the 2022 Forbes 30 Under 30 Europe list in the category of Social Impact and is a recipient of the Peres Heritage Award by the European House Ambrosetti.
She holds a Master of Public Policy Degree from the University of Oxford as the Weidenfeld-Hoffmann Scholar and a Master of International Law from the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
