Ofir Marer is an accomplished professional with over a decade of experience across public and private sectors, engaging with companies, startups, and stakeholders in various ecosystems.

Currently serving as a Digital Social Protection Consultant at the Inter-American Development Bank, he works with governmental agencies in the Latin America and Caribbean region to promote innovative solutions, smart investments, and Digital Transformation process. He is also a board member at The Israeli Society for Patients’ Rights.

Ofir holds an MPA from the National University of Singapore, an MA in Political Communications from Tel-Aviv University, and a B.Sc in Computer Science and Middle Eastern Studies from Haifa University.
