Niki Masghati Global 2026

Niki Masghati is a technology policy leader with more than twelve years of U.S. government service in the
Departments of State and Justice. Her expertise includes advancing Internet and AI governance, global digital rights, open Internet access, sanctions and export controls compliance, multilateral diplomacy, and antitrust law. She received dual master’s degrees in international economics and international relations from Johns Hopkins University’s School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) with specializations in economic policy, emerging markets, international political economy, and the Middle East. Masghati earned her BA in foreign affairs from the University of Virginia (UVA).
