Michelle invests and incubates at Lux Capital with founders and innovators pushing the frontiers of artificial intelligence in the physical world, spanning infrastructure, defense, manufacturing and software. Through her career, she drives national security and industrial policy initiatives to bridge Silicon Valley and Washington.

Before joining Lux, Michelle led Strategic Projects for the CEO at Cerebras where she drove sovereign AI initiatives, headed government partnerships, and secured CHIPS Act funding. Prior to Silicon Valley, Michelle served as Senator Blumenthal’s AI policy advisor, shaping early days of AI policy and organizing Congress’s first hearing with Sam Altman. She started her career at Goldman Sachs and Accel and conducted three years of antitrust economics research on digital platforms. In her free time, she has written and spoken on open-source AI and US-China industrial policy.

Michelle grew up in Dallas, Texas, and studied Philosophy, Politics & Economics at Yale.
