Linor Zeilig is a Fellow at the Harvard Kennedy School, where her work focuses on international negotiation and conflict resolution, with an emphasis on peace and ceasefire negotiations. She also serves as a Portfolio Manager at the One8 Foundation, a leading philanthropic organization in Boston. In this role, Linor advises nonprofit organizations and leads strategic planning initiatives, helping them achieve meaningful growth and measurable impact.
Born and raised in Tel Aviv, Linor has a dynamic professional background spanning the private, public, and nonprofit sectors. She worked as a management consultant at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where she focused on large-scale transformation processes, organizational change management, and strategy development for multinational corporations and public institutions. Earlier in her career, she served as a policy consultant at the Israeli Prime Minister’s Office in the Department for Policy Planning and Governance, contributing to efforts to improve collaboration between the private sector and government.
Linor holds a Master’s in Public Policy from the Harvard Kennedy School, where she was awarded a full merit-based scholarship and served as co-chair of the HKS Women’s Caucus. She also earned a B.A. in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics (PPE) and completed the Amirim Interdisciplinary Honors degree at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. A passionate advocate for social impact and collaborative problem-solving, Linor is committed to advancing initiatives that drive large-scale systemic change across sectors and geographies.
