Lethabo Motsoaledi is the Co-Founder and CTO of Voyc. Voyc is a contact centre compliance monitoring software that ensures that regulated companies handle every interaction with consistency and care.
Lethabo has been celebrated among South Africa’s and later the Netherlands’ successful young achievers. She’s a recipient of the Mail and Guardians’ prestigious 200 young South Africans award, and the Inspiring Fifty Women in technology award by The Kingdom in the Netherlands, she’s been featured in Forbes Africa as one of Africa’s Generation-Z Disruptors in the technology space. Her most recent accolade includes being listed in the Financial Times Sifted magazine as one of Europe’s top women CTOs.
A Geomatics engineering graduate from UCT, Lethabo is also an academic who has been awarded, various fellowships. She is an Allan Gray Orbis Foundation Fellow as well as a Mandela Rhodes Scholar (Class of 2016). She completed her Bachelor’s degree in Engineering top of her class and was awarded the South African Geomatics Institute (SAGI) award for the best surveying engineering student across all Universities in South Africa.
