Ketevan Chincharadze is the founder and head of research of FYI Geo, one of Georgia’s leading analytical platforms transforming the way geopolitics is communicated through modern technology and digital storytelling. Her work bridges scholarship and public engagement, bringing evidence-based analysis on global security, democracy, and great-power competition to Georgian audiences.

Ketevan also serves as a Junior Research Fellow at the Casimir Pulaski Foundation and has conducted research with the U.S. Army War College, exploring how technology, cyberspace, security, and democratic resilience intersect in post-Soviet states navigating great-power competition. Her analyses frequently appear in international outlets, such as The Diplomat, Caucasus Watch, War Room, and the Modern War Institute at West Point.

Ketevan previously advised the Aspen Institute Congressional Program in Washington, D.C., designing high-level foreign policy dialogues for members of the U.S. Congress across five continents. She has also served at the NATO Liaison Office, where she strengthened NATO’s regional engagement in Georgia, Armenia, and Azerbaijan.

She holds an MA in International Security from the Josef Korbel School, University of Denver, and dual BAs in Political Science and Psychology from the American University in Bulgaria.
