Julie Lin is an engineer turned policy entrepreneur and co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of MyCapitol, a policy intelligence platform that helps people understand the full context of policy, including the influence and drivers behind it. Her experience spans big tech and government, including work in product development and manufacturing at Microsoft and in Congress on technology policy through the TechCongress Congressional Innovation Fellowship. She also advises organizations on technology policy and strategy, with a focus on AI and emerging technologies and their role in advancing the public good. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan
