James leads on advising defence clients for the global consultancy CT group, supporting developing technology firms to navigate changing geopolitical landscapes and technological requirements. Previously James was a Special Adviser to the UK’s Defence Secretary and Energy Security Secretary, where he led on strategic communications, crisis response and international policy. James is also a specialist in global political campaigning, having worked on elections across three continents.
