Felix Donovan is a senior executive in the Australian Government. He has responsibility for school funding, overseeing the policy and calculations for AUD$27 billion annually. He has helped to drive major reform initiatives for the Australian Government, including significant new directions in research commercialisation policy. Felix is a graduate of the University of Oxford (MPP 2019) and University of Sydney (2015, university medallist). He has previously worked as a senior policy adviser to Australian Cabinet Ministers and as a consultant at Boston Consulting Group (BCG).
