Danielle Regis Global 2025

Danielle Regis joined Palantir as a Deployment Strategist in 2024 to transition from orchestrating the path of AI adoption in the public sector to technically implementing it.

Prior to Palantir, Danielle had a decade-long career at the Central Intelligence Agency — starting as an Embedded Software Developer and culminating as a Senior AI Policy and Partnerships Advisor in the Directorate of Digital Innovation. During her journey at the CIA, Danielle led venture capital engagement for the agency’s incubator, Digital Futures, and ran strategic large-scale acquisitions in the Directorate of Science and Technology.

Danielle’s diverse experiences at the intersection of the public and private sector across the CIA established her as a rising leader who understood the levers of procurement, product development, policy formulation, and strategic partnerships. Outside of the CIA, Danielle was the founding Director of Product for STEMLingo.com, a global STEM Education company impacting 10,000+ students.

With an MBA from Harvard Business School and degrees in Electrical & Computer Engineering from Cornell University, Danielle brings a unique combination of technical acumen and strategic thinking to the interdisciplinary challenge of accelerating the diffusion of emerging technologies.
