Dahyun Kim Global 2026

Dahyun Kim is an analyst and Indo-Pacific network coordinator at Doublethink Lab, a Taiwan-based civil society organization that investigates the malign influence of authoritarian regimes. In this role, she works closely with regional partners across the Indo-Pacific to enhance information sharing and build collective resilience against emerging digital threats.

With over seven years of experience advancing human rights, civil liberties, and democracy across Asia and Africa, Dahyun’s work spans from serving as a UNV at the United Nations in Kenya to empowering young North Korean defectors and developing anti-censorship technologies that expand access to uncensored information inside North Korea.

She is also an inaugural member of the 2019 Obama Leaders Asia-Pacific cohort and has played an active role in strengthening and facilitating the community since. In 2026, she’s equally thrilled to be part of the ISF fellowship—and to (hopefully) break her PB in her next half marathon.
