Carolina Novac is State Secretary at the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Moldova, responsible for electricity, renewable energy, energy efficiency, and the broader energy transition. With previous experience in Brussels at National Grid, ENTSOG, and Weber Shandwick, she brings cross-sector expertise in European energy policy with an overall 10-year experience.
She is a Vice-Chair of the Sustainability Committee of the UNECE and co-founder of Women Energy Moldova Association. She is also a mentor at the College of Europe Alumni Association. Passionate about empowering young women to pursue leadership with courage, curiosity, and authenticity.
