Brighton Kaoma is the Founder & Managing Partner of Amano So, a private New York based mentorship social impact company for senior executives and top developing leaders. Amano So, which means “wisdom only” in Zambia transforms global challenges into opportunities by offering bespoke mentorship programs for companies and runs a membership-community of senior executives and top developing leaders organized in small 8-10 member exclusive mentorship huts.

Previously, Brighton served as Global Director in the United Nations systems in New York where he led global programs on sustainable development goals, global network building, and social impact incubation across 127 countries.
Brighton has received recognition from Barack Obama and is a recipient of both Queen Elizabeth II’s Young Leaders Award and the WWF International President’s award. As a storyteller, his BBC documentary on climate justice with UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres reached over 5 million viewers. Brighton holds an MPA in Environmental Science and Policy from Columbia University & an MBA from Rutgers Business School. Born and raised in Zambia, he currently lives in New York City.
