Mrs. Bora Muzhaqi is the Minister of State for Youth and Children since September 2021. During May-September 2021 she held the position of Deputy Minister of Education, Sports and Youth. From January 2019 till March 2021, she was an Adviser to the Minister of State for Entrepreneurship Protection as an external advisor contracted by EBRD. From 2013 to 2019, she served as a senior tax consultant for EY and PwC. She has also been a compensation analyst in the Human Resources Department, at Citibank, London, an EU Integration Analyst at the Ministry of Defense in Albania.

Graduated from London School of Economics and Political Science, London, UK BSc Economics, and from HULT International Business School, London, UK, Master in International Business in 2013.

She is a member of ACCA, London, UK accredited by the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.

Her native language is Albanian. She is fluent in English, Italian, German. She also has a moderate understanding of Turkish and Spanish.
