Ben is the Director of Planning and Partnerships at CENTRA, a company empowering AI, cloud, content, and carriers with data center facilities and services. Ben has extensive experience in digital infrastructure, partnerships, and public policy across the private, non-profit, and public sectors. In his prior role, Ben managed the development of the State of California’s open-access middle-mile broadband network building strategic partnerships and developing policies to enhance connectivity across the state. Previously, he served as a PM at Meta Connectivity managing projects and interventions on a global scale.

Ben earned his Masters in International Policy from Stanford University and contributes to policy research and development at institutions such as the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace, Council on Foreign Relations, and Foreign Policy for America.
