Ben Luria Global 2026

Ben Luria is the Co-Founder and CEO of Hirundo, a deeptech startup pioneering Machine Unlearning – patented technology that enables AI systems to “forget” and retroactively remove sensitive data, vulnerabilities, and biases from trained models. His work focuses on advancing the implementation of responsible and trustworthy AI while mitigating the systemic risks that limit its safe deployment at scale. Under his leadership, Hirundo has raised multiple investment rounds, partnered with Fortune 500 companies and national agencies, and earned international recognition for its innovation.

Ben’s experience spans public policy, international relations, strategic planning, and entrepreneurship. Before founding Hirundo, he co-founded Worqly, a fintech startup promoting financial inclusion for gig workers, and ScholarsIL, a nonprofit democratizing access to higher education. A Rhodes Scholar and former Visiting Fellow for Innovation and Public Policy at the University of Oxford’s Blavatnik School of Government, he also served as an Alumni Board Member of the Bronfman Fellowship.

Ben holds a Master in Public Policy from the University of Oxford, a Master’s in Political Science (Security and Diplomacy) from Tel Aviv University, and a Bachelor’s in Sociology and Communications from the Open University of Israel.
