Bartosz Kubiak is a public policy advisor and civil society leader with extensive experience in sustainability, governance, and international relations. He is currently pursuing a Master of Public Policy at the University of Oxford and serves as the co-founder of the Academy of Civic Knowledge, an NGO focused on reforming Poland’s civil service and advancing civic education. Bartosz has advised over 40 multinational clients on navigating regulatory and policy challenges in the EU and CEE regions, leveraging his expertise in stakeholder engagement and strategic advocacy. As an International Strategy Forum Fellow, he aims to contribute practical insights into global AI policy and governance challenges.
