Agnė Rakštytė is the CEO and co-founder of KOVO Armor, a company developing cutting-edge ballistic protection solutions using advanced lightweight materials. She also serves as the Country Director for the Baltics at Our Common Home, a Geneva-based nonprofit driving energy security projects in the region.
With over six years of experience in the private defense sector, Agnė has analyzed the commercial potential of 5G/6G and space technologies and has served on the National Defense Industries Association Board in Lithuania.
In 2021, she did a fellowship as a Digital Innovation Baltic Fellow at CEPA and currently is a member of the Young Generation Leadership Network, led by the European Leadership Network, reflecting her ongoing commitment to leadership and innovation in defense and technology.
