Shpend Lila leads the department of Training, Events and Public Relations of the Innovation Centre Kosovo, since 2013. Shpend is an experienced communications and marketing executive in tech industry, as well as a United States alumnus specializing in the US business environment. He currently holds the position of Training, Events, and PR Manager at the Innovation Centre Kosovo (ICK). Before joining ICK, he served as the Communications, Performance, and Research Officer for the USAID Young Entrepreneurs Program. With extensive experience (15+ years) in tech & entrepreneurial scene, Shpend is a community builder, who also manages some of the international licenses through ICK, including Global Entrepreneurship Week, Startup Weekend, Startup Grind by Google for Startups, NASA Space Apps, Fuckup Nights, and many more.
