Zainab Raji, originally from Lagos, Nigeria, is based in Maryland, where she serves as Director of Strategy and Corporate Development at T. Rowe Price, helping drive the firm’s long-term growth and strategic positioning. She graduated with Distinction from the joint MBA/MPA-ID program at Harvard Business School and Harvard Kennedy School, and brings global experience across finance, technology, and international development, having worked in eight countries.

Prior to T. Rowe Price, Zainab was a private equity investor at Vista Equity Partners, where she led diligence and deal execution on multiple investments, including one recognized as an International Financing Review (IFR) 2023 Deal of the Year. Earlier in her career, she held roles at British International Investment, McKinsey & Company, and Deloitte. Zainab is a published author in the Stanford Social Innovation Review, a 2025 Pensions & Investments Influential Women in Institutional Investing honoree, and a member of the Alumni Council at Harvard University’s Center for Public Leadership. She earned her undergraduate degree from Emory University, graduating with academic distinction and the BBA Meritorious Service Prize.
