The International Strategy Forum (ISF) is a non-residential fellowship program that builds the next generation of global leaders focused on the future of geopolitics, technology, and democracy.

ISF co-chair Dr. Fareed Zakaria, participated in one of these programs in the 1980s and benefited from the lifelong friendships he cultivated with future leaders in business, journalism, government and more.
In 2024, ISF was integrated into the Special Competitive Studies Project, where it continues this legacy for the 21st century by creating new networks of activists, strategists, and technologists who can work together to solve the critical challenges facing democratic societies in a new era of geopolitical and technological disruption.
