Tuduetso Masire is the founder of MatchAPro, an innovative healthcare software that facilitates the connection between international surgeons who are interested in traveling and underserved patients in public hospitals in Southern Africa. The platform aims to bridge the gap between medical specialists and communities in need of quality healthcare. After dedicating four years to the social innovation space in Southern Africa, working for both De Beers Group and Stanford University’s Institute for Developing Economies, Tuduetso pursued a Master of Science in Entrepreneurship and Innovation at the University of Southern California. During her time there, Tuduetso built MatchAPro in collaboration with professors, venture capitalists, and social enthusiasts who shared her vision.
