Ryan Dukeman North America 2022

Ryan Dukeman is Analytics Advisor in the Office of the China Coordinator at the State Department, serving on a detail from the State Department’s Center for Analytics, which he helped found in 2018. He is also a PhD candidate in International Relations at Princeton University, researching process and institutions of US foreign policy, populist foreign policy, and emerging technologies. Ryan previously was a founding Senior Fellow at fp21, a nonprofit research organization focused on evidence-based foreign policy, and was a volunteer foreign policy member of two presidential campaign teams. His writing and analysis have been published by Newsweek, War on the Rocks, and Chatham House, among others. Ryan has an MA in international relations from Princeton University, and a BA summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa, from the Princeton School of Public & International Affairs.
