Pascal Mensah is the Coordinator of the Economic Policy Network (EPN) at the University of Oxford, an initiative to assist developing country policymakers in delivering on their development mandates. Prior to Oxford, Pascal worked at the nexus of the capital markets and public policy, first as a researcher on Argentina’s premiere macro and fixed-income team and subsequently as a Consultant at the International Finance Corporation, aiding a team effort to identify investment opportunities to drive private sector growth in South America’s Southern Cone. His background also includes tech start-up and non-profit consulting, sales, and business development in sub-Saharan Africa. Pascal holds an MPhil in Development Studies from the University of Oxford and a BA in Government from Harvard University.
