Laman Ganbarova is an international relations specialist who is currently employed at the Innovation and Digital Development Agency based in Baku, Azerbaijan. Involved in various international and supra-national organizations, she has been appointed as a National Contact Point for several leading EU initiatives, among which is the multi-billion Horizon Europe research & innovation program. Prior to her transfer to the Agency, Laman was an advisor at the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and has past experience in foreign affairs and diplomacy.
