Jorge Félix Cardoso is an Accredited Parliamentary Assistant to Maria Manuel Leitão Marques, Member of the European Parliament.

Prior to the European Parliament, Jorge spent a short period working a a press officer at the European Commission (Representation of the Commission in Lisbon), and worked on projects in Portugal related to European Affairs, such as “ID Europa”, a project by the National Youth Council. Additionally, Jorge was active in advocacy efforts of the International Federation of Medical Students’ Associations next to the World Health Organisation.

Jorge earned an M.D. from the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Porto and an M.A. in Political Philosophy from the University of Minho.
