Billy Byiringiro is a Rhodes Scholar who recently completed his MSc in Advanced Computer Science and an MBA from the University of Oxford. While there, he was an active team member and leader in OxAI, Oxford’s AI society’s Entrepreneurship hub. Before Oxford, he earned his BSc in Artificial Intelligence at the University of Edinburgh and co-founded an EdTech initiative. He has conducted research in machine learning, delving into reinforcement learning, graph theories, and neuroscience-inspired architectures. Currently, Billy is with Moonah Technologies, leveraging digital assets to tackle trade payment challenges in inflationary economies.
