Jasmine Haddaway The Americas 2024
Jasmine Haddaway is a Director of Social and Environmental Impact Communications at Elle Communications, where she develops innovative communications strategies, leveraging expertise in climate, tech, business, and social innovation to amplify clients’ impact. She is a former Foreign Service Officer at the U.S. Department of State, where she served in the agency’s 24/7 crisis communication and management center reporting to Secretary Blinken. At State, she also served in Brazil, South Africa, and the Bureau of Western Hemisphere Affairs, focusing on disinformation mitigation, strategic communication, national security, and technology policy.
In addition to her State Department experience, Jasmine advanced economic development and technology policy in the U.S. House of Representatives, coordinated stakeholder engagement at the White House, and facilitated community disaster preparedness at the American Red Cross. Jasmine lives in Los Angeles and holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Florida and Master of Public Affairs from Princeton University.
