Htet Thiri Shwe is an ed-tech social entrepreneur from Myanmar on the mission of empowering youths with resilience skills so they can build the futures they want. Htet has worked for over 10 years in the fields of education, youth empowerment, and ed-tech, especially on the topic of chatbot based learning systems for youths in the Global South. Htet believes in the power of technology in enhancing individual freedom and has been working toward empowering communities through technology across Myanmar. She was born and raised in Myanmar and educated in Myanmar and Hong Kong. On a normal day, Htet is building her social enterprise to empower youths and working toward democracy and freedom.
