Gulnoza Mansur is a public sector strategy consultant providing advice to governments across the Middle East. She currently advises the UAE’s Ministry of Education on key educational initiatives, including the development of the region’s first AI Tutor. Gulnoza also serves on the board of a Central Asian NGO, focusing on equipping young students with crucial tech skills and fostering the next generation’s growth in the high-tech sector. Her experience spans roles in international development banks such as the EBRD, highlighting her passion for economic development in the Middle East and Central Asia. Gulnoza graduated from the University of Oxford with a Master’s in Public Policy with Merit. She also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Public Policy from New York University.
