Paco Garcia Bellego is a global development professional with 5+ years in policy development, project management, and implementation. His experience mainly lies in Mexico, Central America, West Africa and India. His current position is as the Strategy Manager for the India Safe Water team at Evidence Action, where he is in charge of developing and executing the scale-up strategy of a USD $55 million program to deliver chlorinated water to 14.1 million people in Andhra Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh, India. He has worked with other development organizations such as the Mexican Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Mexican Agency of International Cooperation for Development, Save the Children’s Center for Utilizing Behavioral Insights in Children, and Innovations for Poverty Action. He holds an MPA from Princeton University, and two BA in International Relations and Political Science from ITAM in Mexico City.
