Beth Shaw is a Partner at PwC, advising organisations on people, change, culture, diversity and inclusion. She has worked across a number of industries including police, sport, government and retail and has led high-profile culture reviews in higher education and resources.

Beth is a Board Member of the Stella Prize, which celebrates excellence in Australian women’s writing. She is the former President of UN Women Australia, the national committee representing the United Nation’s gender equality agency, and former Deputy Chair of the Australian Inclusion Group, supporting people with disabilities.

Beth’s previous roles include serving as the Executive Director of the UN Association of Australia and a solicitor at the State Solicitor’s Office.
