Dylan Barry is an Oxford graduate and Rhodes scholar with an academic background in physics and economics and a professional background as an economist, policy consultant and journalist. Dylan is currently a contributing writer at The Economist, where he writes on science, economics and global affairs. Dylan worked recently as a consultant for the G7-led Global Partnership Against the Spread of Weapons And Materials of Mass Destruction, and prior to that was based out of the Global Commission for Post-Pandemic Policy.
