Chaste Niwe Turikunkiko Gaba is the Managing Director of Isomo, a scaled education innovation organization that identifies, prepares, and supports Africa’s brightest talent to compete for the world’s most competitive and prestigious education opportunities. Born in Eastern Congo and raised in Rwanda, Chaste spent four years at Yale, studying Ethics, Politics, and Economics for his undergraduate studies. During his time at Yale, he spent months in South East Asia, especially Singapore and Indonesia, studying the region’s economic model and its replicability to the African context. In addition to this, Chaste is interested in the ethnographies of nation-building, economic policy for emerging economies, geopolitics.
