Andrea Phua is the Director of Industry at the Ministry of Communications and Information, Singapore, where she drives policies that enable the growth of the Digital Economy. Previously, Andrea was Deputy Chief Negotiator of the Trans-Pacific Partnership agreement, and headed the diplomatic department for trade at the Embassy of Singapore in Washington DC. Andrea started her career as an educator in English Literature, and graduated with distinction from University College London for her BA, followed by an MSt at Oxford University.
