Dije Rizvanolli Global 2025

Dije currently serves as the Director of the Department of Financing at the Kosovo Ministry of Finance, Labour and Transfers, responsible for international financial cooperation (covering IFIs and bilateral donor portfolio) on capital investments, public debt management, and project implementation oversight on a central level. As a recipient of the Young Cell Scheme Scholarship, Dije joined the Ministry in 2019, after having been awarded a Master of Science Degree in Environmental and Energy Management from the University of Twente in the Netherlands. She currently represents Kosovo at the Administrative Council of the Council of Europe Development Bank (CoEB) in Paris (France), and represents the Ministry at the Assembly of Members at the Innovation and Training Park in Prizren (Kosovo). On a voluntary basis, Dije has co-founded the ‘Kosovo Women in Energy and Mining’ professional network, bringing together and promoting women in the energy and mining sectors via networking opportunities, mentoring, and knowledge-sharing, among others. Dije is passionate about public policy, international relations, and energy. In her free time, she enjoys reading, photography, traveling, and kitesurfing. She is fluent in Albanian and English and a beginner in French and Turkish.
